- A Justice of the Peace (JP) is available every Thursday from 9am to 11am, this is a free service.
A JP is available in one of the study rooms to certify documents or witness signatures. Don't sign any document beforehand and take the original document along with the copy to be certified and photo ID.
- 7 study and breakout rooms are available. The Tautoru Orion room seats 4-5 people.

About the library
HB Williams Memorial Library is named in memory of Heathcote Beetham Williams. The Williams' family gifted the land and building to the people of Gisborne and surrounding areas in memory of their father.
The library building was upgraded and extended in 2018.
